We have some products in stock, but the majority of our products are special order and take five to seven business days to receive. All Schluter products are in stock.
We offer free design consultations with our showroom staff. Our staff have years of experience in flooring solutions and can provide professional design advice. We can also refer you to licensed interior designers in our network.
We always advise you to consult your contractor for your order quantities. We also recommend ordering extra tile in case you need to perform repairs in the future.
We do not accept returns.
Standard grout joints are 3/16". Many factors determine grout joints. Therefore, it is important to discuss with your licensed installer. Please refer to The Tile Council of North America's website for more information.
